- Power: a standard power outlet near the proposed screen location in a shared area.
- Internet: a Wi-Fi or wired internet connection for the screen.
- Access: reasonable access to the shared area for installation and maintenance, arranged in advance so residents are not disrupted.
- Approvals: approval from the building owner, strata council or property manager, as applicable, before installation. The host keeps approval over content categories shown on its screen, with content standards set out in the written agreement.
Installation takes place only under agreed written terms. No payment is taken from hosts now, and nothing is installed until a host agreement is in place.
